Warranty Policy

We value every customer and are committed to delivering exceptional service. All new wheelsets purchased through our official website  https://movingsports.cc  or authorized dealers are covered by a 3-year warranty.

Warranty Period Calculation
The warranty begins on the date of delivery and expires three years thereafter. Replacement of rims or other components does not reset the warranty period.

Eligible Products
The warranty applies exclusively to new wheelsets purchased via our official website or authorized dealer channels.

Second-Hand Wheelsets
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage Includes
Manufacturing defects or workmanship issues (non-externally induced) affecting rims, spokes, spoke nipples, or hubs during the warranty period. Eligible claims will result in replacement service.

Exclusions:
• Wearable components (bearings, valve stems, quick-release levers, thru-axles, brake pads, etc.)
• Improper assembly or maintenance
• Installation of non-OEM compatible parts/accessories/tires
• Damage caused by external factors (e.g., impacts, misuse, heat exposure near vehicle exhaust systems, improper operation)
• Use of straight-pull spokes
• Exceeding the maximum load limit specified on the wheelset
• Tire pressure exceeding product page specifications
• Usage in unsuitable terrain conditions
• Non-eMTB wheelsets used on electric mountain bikes
• Purchases through unauthorized channels

Shipping & Taxes
For confirmed manufacturing defects, we cover round-trip shipping costs. Customers bear shipping fees for externally induced damage.

Discontinued Products
For discontinued rims/hubs/spokes, we provide free upgrades to the latest equivalent models.

Warranty Claims
Submit a completed After-Sales Service Request Form along with clear photos of the affected area to our service email movingsports001@outlook.com .We will contact you upon receipt.

Service Locations
During the warranty period, repairs can be performed at our service centers or headquarters. Specific locations will be provided after claim submission.

• Material properties

• Exposure to corrosive cleaners

For non-warranty cases, Moving Sports offers the Ride-On Program, allowing cost-effective replacement/repair services to get you back on the road swiftly.
