Accidents don’t have to end your ride. The MovingSports Ride-On Program delivers enhanced coverage, offering a dedicated solution for wheelsets damaged by impacts, shipping incidents, or improper use.

Coverage Scope
We provide replacement services for rims, individual wheels, or complete wheelsets.
Exclusions:
• Wearable components (bearings/valve stems/quick-release levers)
• Freehub bodies and cassette system parts
• Brake pads
Note: Only structural damage affecting product safety qualifies. Cosmetic damage is excluded.

Usage Frequency
Unlimited claims within 3 years of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Quote

1. Submit the After-Sales Service Request Form

2. Include:

1. Valid proof of purchase

2. Clear photos of damaged areas

3. Serial number photo (under rim tape)
We’ll contact you to confirm repair/replacement options upon receipt.

Plan Validity
Aligned with the standard warranty (3 years from purchase date). Key notes:
• Replacement parts do not receive a new 3-year warranty
• Replacements don’t extend the plan’s validity period

Shipping & Duties
• Customers cover round-trip shipping costs
• Expedited shipping or certain countries may incur additional tariffs

Replacement Rules
Only same-model replacements permitted. Discontinued models will be upgraded to the latest equivalent at no cost.
