Return Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free. We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from https://movingsports.cc/. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If this condition is not met and still returned, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To make sure you are eligible for a replacement, please take pictures or videos of the issue and attach them to your initial email. This will help us file the investigation immediately.

If you opt to replace the same item(s), we will replace the item(s) free of charge per available stock upon receipt of your return. Please note that we don't offer exchanges for other items or different variations of the same item in this case.

If you'd rather have a full refund, we will issue the full refund upon receipt and verification of your return.

In this case, you don't need to pay any return shipping charges and other fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If the product has no quality problems, you want to return the product for a replacement, such as an item didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

In this case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, but no other fees.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In this case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, but no other fees. 

How to Return

To start a return, simply contact us at movingsports001@outlook.com. Please note that returns address is not the company address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

If your item has not shipped yet, Please contact our customer service representative at movingsports001@outlook.com in time and apply for a refund, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund within 3 working days from the receipt of the email. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the next 7 business days.

If your item is already on its way or you have already received your item, Please contact us to get a return shipping label. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, you still haven't received a refund, please contact us at movingsports001@outlook.com.

STATUTORY RIGHTS & REGIONAL MANDATORY PROVISIONS

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under:

a) the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) including the right to a replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage;

b) the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;

c) the EU Consumer Sales Directive 2019/771 and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights;

d) the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, CCPA/CPRA, or any other U.S. State consumer statutes;

e) the Canadian provincial consumer protection acts (e.g., Ontario Consumer Protection Act, B.C. Business Practices & Consumer Protection Act).

If you are an EU/UK consumer, the 14-day cooling-off period described in Section 7 is in addition tonever in substitution ofyour legal remedies for faulty or mis-described goods, which remain available for at least 2 years (UK) or the minimum guarantee period in your home country.

Major failure under ACL includes a product that:

is significantly different from its description or sample, or

is unsafe, unfit for disclosed purpose, or breaks down prematurely through no fault of the consumer.

Where a major failure occurs, you may reject the goods and choose a full refund, replacement, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. MOVINGSPORTS will also pay all related return-shipping costs.

California residents: this Policy does not affect your right to return defective merchandise under Cal. Civ. Code § 1793.2 et seq. (Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act).

CANCELLATION OF UN-SHIPPED ORDERS

You may cancel an order that has not yet been handed over to the carrier for dispatch, free of charge, by emailing movingsports001@outlook.com with the subject Urgent Cancellation Order #____.

We will confirm cancellation and full refund within 24 h on business days. If part of the order has already been dispatched, the remainder may still be cancelled; Section 6 (Defective) or Section 7 (Change of mind) will govern any already-shipped items.

REFUND METHOD & CURRENCY

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method or digital wallet used at checkout.

Currency: if your payment was processed in a foreign currency, the refund amount will be converted back to that same currency at the spot rate applied by your card scheme on the day the refund is processed. MOVINGSPORTS is not responsible for any foreign-exchange loss or fees charged by your bank.

GIFTS & PARTIAL RETURNS

If the returned order included a free gift or promotional bundle, the gift must also be returned unused. If the gift is not returned, we may deduct its retail value from the refund.

Where a discount code was applied to the whole order and you subsequently return part of it, we will recalculate the discount on the remaining items. If the remaining basket falls below the minimum spend threshold, the proportional discount will be reversed and deducted from the refund.

LIMITS ON REPLACEMENTS

For defective products, we will replace the same SKU up to two (2) times. If the replacement still fails, you may elect an immediate full refundeven outside the 30-day window.

This section does not limit any statutory rights that allow immediate rejection after a single failure (e.g., UK one-strikerule for non-conforming goods). 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CHOICE OF LAW

Mandatory negotiation: before initiating any formal proceedings, you must contact disputes@movingsports001.com and allow us 30 days to resolve the matter.

EU/UK consumers: you may also use the EU ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr) or your local small-claims court.

Governing law:

Consumers in the EEA or UK: the laws of your habitual residence apply and proceedings may be brought there.

All other users: the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Arbitration option (non-EU/UK users only): any dispute not resolved through negotiation or small-claims court shall be finally settled under the ICC Arbitration Rules by a single arbitrator seated in Singapore; the language is English.
