Customers do not need to pay customs duties if they choose the tax-included shipping method in their orders.

We offer several deliver options. Shipping time will vary depending on the delivery method used: (EMS/DPD: 15-30 days, Fedex/DHL/UPS: 5-10 days). Further delays may occur due to customs clearance at the destination country.

Order processing

Any orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. After you have placed the order, we will send the order to the factory for production. Production usually takes 5 business days if the rims are in stock. Custom orders or orders with rims that are currently out of stock usually take 12-15 business days. The delivery time is the sum of production time as well as the logistics time. After the wheels are shipped, we will send you the tracking number.(*International shipment has a processing time of 3-5 business days)
