Test at 2 times the Impact Test

Radial impact testing, where a heavy mass drops onto the rim, and lateral impact testing, which simulates side-striking a curb, are designed to replicate extreme riding conditions. While the UCI standard requires an impact energy of 40J, our internal standard is set at 85J.

1.7 times the standard stress relieving requirement

Stress relief is essential for ensuring the long-term structural integrity. By applying controlled, high-pressure loads, we force the spoke interfaces at the hub flange and the nipple seating within the carbon rim to "seat" into their final, most stable positions. The result is a wheel that maintains its tension, remains perfectly true, and is shielded against premature fatigue. While the industry standard typically involves applying a pressure of 100–120kg, we consistently utilize 150kg, reaching up to 170kg at maximum.
